Are there tests and exams?

Yes, each course has tests and a final exam.

How long does it take to go through the certification courses?

The courses are self-paced, so it is fully dependent on you. However, we have had coaches complete everything in less than 7 days.

When and how will I know if I have passed the tests and final exam?

The tests are graded instantly; however, the final exam is reviewed by our instructors. It can take up to 3 days to get your final grade via email.

How and when are the certificates delivered?

The certificates are individually mailed, and arrival times are dependent on the courier services.
